These aren’t retrofitted add-ons, but fully integrated systems that help reduce emissions, lower bills and support a cleaner energy future. The first of these developments, Thorburn Gate in Belfast, sold out within minutes, confirming that energy-efficient homes are no longer a niche preference, but a growing expectation.

To support this vision, Mayfair Group works closely with its sister company, Encom Energy — a renewables business that designs and installs solar, battery and smart energy solutions for homes and businesses across Northern Ireland and Ireland. Encom’s work isn’t limited to new builds either — they help homeowners and businesses alike take control of their energy use, cut costs and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
